Our suppliers working via the Post (Packs, DHL, DPD) and local delivery services are implementing a heat protocol, read here what that can mean regarding delays.

Heat Protocol Active in The Netherlands

Due to the current extreme temperatures, DHL, DPD, External Local Deliverers & Packs have activated the heat protocol to ensure the safety and well-being of our delivery drivers.

What does this mean for your shipment?

Our delivery drivers will adjust their routes where possible and deliver primarily during the early morning and evening hours, when temperatures are somewhat lower. Additionally, they will take extra rest and drink breaks throughout the day to be able to work safely and responsibly.

As a result, your package, flowers, or gift may be delivered 24 hours later than you are used to from us. Naturally, we are doing our utmost to keep any delays to a minimum.

We kindly ask for your understanding during these exceptional circumstances. Together, we ensure not only your order, but also the health and safety of our delivery drivers.

Our florists who deliver themselves also take the heat into account
